What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Bought this for my husband who hates fiddly stuff and he actually uses it nightly. The pressure cue is subtle but clear and he finally stopped over brushing. It cleans well but the vibration feels a bit buzzy in my nose and I wish the mode lights were brighter. Also the firm head is too firm for me and the handle shows water spots. Not a deal breaker but kinda annoying for the price.
