What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I compared it to my husband’s older electric brush and this one is quieter and lighter. The five modes sound like a lot but honestly I use two and that’s fine. What sold me is the pressure warning because my front teeth are sensitive and I can keep it gentle there then move to a stronger pass on the molars. After about two weeks the fuzzy film I used to feel in the morning is gone. Only wish the indicator light was a tad brighter in my dim bathroom.
