What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Shipping was quick and the packaging wasn’t wasteful which I liked. Out of the box it had some charge so I tried it right away and noticed the timer pause every 30 seconds helping me not camp out on the same spot. I swapped to the firm head once a week for a deeper session and it does make my teeth feel extra slick. No weird rattles and not too buzzy on my jaw. Pretty happy so far.
