What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

What stood out was the way it warns me if I push too hard. I used to grind the brush into my gums and wondered why they hurt. Now I see the light blink and I lighten up. It still cleans well on the gentle mode. The handle has a soft texture so it doesn’t slip when soapy. Very happy with the overall build and results.
