Cleans fine but the logo on the handle started to fade after a few weeks which bugs me. Also the travel case latch is a little stiff and I have to pry it with a nail sometimes. For the price I expected those tiny details to feel nicer.

My kid has braces and we were looking for something easy to understand. The pressure sensor is helpful since he pushes too hard when he’s in a hurry for school. The five modes were a bit much at first, but we figured out two we actually use. Battery life is excellent and we haven’t lost the charger thanks to the travel case. Customer support answered a brush head question quickly.

I switched from a cheap manual brush after my hygienist scolded me about bleeding gums. This device felt gentle from the first night, especially with the soft head and the lighter mode. The pressure light is kind of like a coach tapping my shoulder when I push too hard. After two weeks my gums look less red and my coffee stains are fading along the edges. It cleans fine but the handle is a bit slippery when my hands are soapy and the charging light is tiny. Also the travel case latch feels fiddly. Not a deal breaker, just kinda annoying for the price.
