I broke my old electric on vacation and grabbed this based on a friend’s suggestion. Shipping was fast and the box had everything ready to go with charge out of the box. First try I pushed too hard and the light warned me, after that I adjusted and it felt natural. Medium head is my favorite, firm is a bit much for me but my brother likes it. After years with a cheap battery brush I finally upgraded and I’m glad I did. The timer nudges me to actually brush long enough and the pressure indicator kept me from grinding into my molars. I like the gentle mode for my receding areas but flip to a stronger one when I feel plaque building. The heads click in tight with no wobble.
