Picked this up for travel since I hate those hotel floss picks. The pouch keeps the parts together and I just fill it with bottled water. It’s surprisingly quiet in a hotel bathroom. I bought this after seeing my sister use something similar and I’m glad I did. It’s light, fits in the hand, and doesn’t blast water all over the mirror if you keep your lips sealed a bit. My gums are usually tender but level 2 feels comfortable and still cleans. After a week my coffee breath seems less funky in the morning. Only thing is I have to refill once if I go super slow, not a big deal.
