What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought this after my hygienist said I was brushing too hard, and the pressure feedback has made a big difference. The light nudges me to ease up, and after two weeks my gums stopped feeling sore. I switch between gentle in the morning and deep clean at night, and the change in smoothness on my teeth is obvious. Battery life is excellent, I charged it once and forgot about it. The travel case is surprisingly solid and fits in my laptop backpack without taking much space.

Shipping was quick and packaging was simple, nothing excessive. Out of the box it had a little charge, enough for a first try. I appreciate the five modes but I mostly toggle between two depending on how sensitive my mouth feels that day. It’s quieter than my older brush which is nice at 6 am. Cleaning around the gumline feels gentle but thorough and the handle is easy to rinse off. Overall very solid and straightforward.

My teenager actually brushes longer now because the timer makes it kind of a challenge and he likes clicking through the modes. We share the handle and use different heads which click on tight and color bands help us tell them apart. The travel case saved us during a camping weekend since it kept the heads clean inside the cooler bag. It is not fancy but it does its job and the battery still had juice after a week away.
