What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

After two months I can say this device fits into my routine nicely. I keep the medium head on most days and swap to soft when allergies flare up and my gums feel touchy. The timer pulses make it simple to hit all areas without thinking. I don’t want an app or charts, just a clean mouth and this gives me that. My teen borrowed it once and asked for their own which is high praise in our house.

I was skeptical because string floss always annoyed me, but this device made the routine kind of pleasant. The adjustable levels are legit, I start low around my front teeth and bump it up at the back where stuff hides. The rotating tip is clutch for my wisdom tooth area. Battery has been fine for five days of nightly use. I even brought it on a work trip in the pouch and it didn’t leak in my tote.

The travel case is nice but a little bulky for a small purse. Modes are good, I just find the light a bit bright at night in a dark room.
