How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Ordered during a sale and customer service answered a shipping question fast. The handle arrived charged so I tried it right away. The first brush was almost too smooth which sounds odd, but my teeth felt glassy. After a week I got used to it and now I actually look forward to brushing after lunch.

As someone with sensitive gums, I tend to back off mid brush and miss spots. The real time pressure feedback stopped me from pressing too hard while the sonic cleaning did the work. I rotate the medium and soft heads every couple weeks and it still feels fresh. My spouse noticed my teeth look a little brighter even though I didn’t change toothpaste. This product made flossing after braces removal way easier for me. I can get between the permanent retainer and the gumline where food loved to hide before. The pulse feels focused, not splashy. I keep it on the charger every few nights and it hasn’t died on me yet. The travel pouch is legit handy because I toss it in my backpack. My hygienist noticed less buildup on the bottom teeth which never happens.
