I grind my teeth and always end up brushing too hard in the morning. This thing literally taught me to ease up. The first few days the red light popped on constantly, now it barely blinks and my receding spot isn’t sore. After braces I’m paranoid about plaque around the retainer wire, so I wanted something that would help without shredding my mouth. The medium head is the sweet spot for me and the pulses guide me to move on. I like that it pauses slightly when I switch modes so I don’t spray the mirror.
