Easy to hold, not too loud, feels like a mini pressure washer for teeth.

Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Five pressure settings is clutch, I start soft in the morning and crank it up at night.

Had aligners last year and got used to water flossing. Wanted a cordless one for travel and this hit the spot. It fits in my dopp kit, charges by my toothbrush, and the pressure feels consistent each time. After two months the buttons still click nicely and the seal seems tight. I’m actually finishing flossing faster than with string because I don’t get stuck.

My hygienist mentioned water flossing because I have a couple tight contacts that catch food. This little unit cleared a stubborn seed the first try, which sold me. Controls are straightforward, just click up for more pressure. The angle of the tip makes it easy to get behind my back molars without twisting my wrist. I keep it by the sink and it’s now part of my nighttime routine.

I switched from a countertop flosser because I needed something smaller for my tiny apartment. This device was easy to charge, and I liked that I could start on the lowest pressure while my gums adjusted. Within a week I noticed less bleeding when I brush. The rotating nozzle really helps me reach the inside of my lower teeth, which I always miss. I fill the tank once and it lasts a full clean for me.

Took this on a camping trip with limited outlets and it still had battery by the time we got back. I like that it remembers the last pressure setting so I just turn it on and go. The tank holds enough for a thorough rinse, though sometimes I top it off for an extra pass if I ate popcorn. My hygienist complimented me on less tartar at my six month visit. That pretty much sold me.

I have sensitive gums so I started at level one and worked up to three after a few days. The difference is obvious when I run my tongue along the back teeth, no little bits stuck there. It is light in my hand and not slippery even when wet. The best part is I can use it in the shower to avoid splashing the mirror, and the rotating tip means I do not have to twist my wrist weirdly. Feels like a tiny pressure washer for your mouth in a good way.

I was skeptical because I’ve used string floss forever, but this device genuinely changed my nightly routine for the better. The five pressure levels make it easy to start gentle and move up when I need more oomph after steak night. The nozzle rotation helps me get behind my wisdom tooth area where food loves to hide. I toss it in the included pouch for business trips and the battery has not died on me mid week yet. My gums bleed less and my breath feels fresher in the morning.

I bought this after my hygienist suggested trying a water flosser and I’m glad I did. The five pressure levels made it easy to start on low and slowly work up without hurting my gums. The angled tip really lets me reach behind my wisdom teeth area where stuff always gets trapped. Battery life has been a full week with nightly use. I toss the pouch in my gym bag and it hasn’t leaked yet. My breath feels fresher in the morning and flossing no longer feels like a chore.

I like the 5 pressure settings, low at night and higher after popcorn, battery lasts fine.
