How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Cleans fine but the mode button is a bit too easy to press and I sometimes change settings mid brush which is annoying. Also wish the travel case had a tiny mirror, small stuff but it bugs me.

Cleans fine but the mode light is kind of dim and I can’t tell in the middle of the night which one I picked. Also wish the travel case hinge opened a little wider, it’s a bit fiddly.
