My dad has big hands and usually complains about tiny handles, but he liked this one when he tried it at my house. We both noticed how the sensor stops you from jamming the brush into your gums. I have a permanent retainer and normal floss is such a pain, so this device has been a relief. The 360 nozzle lets me sweep under the wire without snagging. I like starting gentle then finishing strong on the molars. No leaks yet and the tank refills quickly from the tap. After two weeks my gums stopped feeling puffy and my hygienist actually complimented me which never happens.
