Family of four here and we all tried it. My husband liked level 5 because he wants the strongest jet, my daughter prefers level 1 and says her gums do not hurt. I have crowns and get stuff trapped around the edges, which makes me nervous. This device helps me flush those spots without poking at them. First time I used it I did make a little splash, totally my fault for looking away, but now I lean over the sink and it stays neat. The multiple settings are handy since my gums are sensitive certain days.
