Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I use the lowest pressure at night and it’s gentle but still cleans out stuff. Solid buy.

As a night grinder my gums can get tender, so the pressure alert is a big plus. It nudges me without being loud which is nice because my baby is sleeping across the hall. I like that it remembers the last setting so I don’t have to cycle through every time. Battery life has been excellent, charged it once when it arrived and it’s still at high. Honestly it made my routine calmer and quicker.

I’m a dental assistant and grabbed this for my mom who has sensitive gums. The soft mode with the included soft head has kept her comfortable, and I tried the deep setting on myself and it handled coffee stains better than my older brush. The pressure alert is subtle enough not to annoy, just a quick cue to lighten up. She travels to see grandkids and the case has held up fine bouncing in a suitcase. Good balance of features without a lot of fiddling.

Been using it for a month and my gums have stopped bleeding when I floss which is huge for me. I think the combo of softer head and the pressure guidance did the trick. I brush while my kid bathes and the quiet motor doesn’t wake the baby in the next room. Travel case came on a road trip and kept the brush from knocking around with my razor. It’s simple to keep clean and the modes cover everything I need.

Arrived in a neat box and setup was quick. I appreciate that there’s no app to pair or random settings to learn. Five modes sounded like overkill but I actually use two of them depending on coffee or late snacks. The brush heads click in firmly and the handle feels balanced. The pressure light came on a lot the first days then less as I got used to it. Overall it’s a straightforward upgrade over my manual brush.

Setup was basically take it out of the box and start brushing, which I loved. The five modes sound like overkill but I actually use three depending on coffee days or when my teeth feel sensitive. My son borrows it sometimes and the pressure guide helps him learn not to press hard. Cleaning power is strong without rattling my brain. Charger is tidy on the counter and the battery meter seems accurate.

I’m a college student and needed something that I could toss in my duffel for weekend trips. The included case is actually nice and the brush doesn’t accidentally turn on in my bag. I like the clean and white modes and the pressure warning taught me to stop scrubbing like crazy. Charging is easy, I did it once during midterms and forgot about it. Not flashy, just a good daily tool.

I bought this after my hygienist said I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor was the main reason and it really helped. The light flashes when I press too much, so I backed off and my gums stopped bleeding after a few days. I stick to the clean mode and switch to whitening before bed if I had coffee. Battery life is excellent and the stand tucks behind my sink caddy. Simple, reliable, exactly what I needed.
