I’m sensitive to loud sounds and this is on the softer side compared to my last brand. The case is slimmer than I expected so it fits in a tiny carry on pocket. I used the firm head once and it was a bit much for me, switched to medium and it’s perfect. The pressure guidance kept me from jamming into the back molars like I usually do. Teeth feel smooth like after a cleaning.

My teen has braces and I wanted something that would not be harsh but still clean well.
