How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

After coffee and a bagel I usually feel that film on my teeth, but with this brush the polish mode takes it right off. I like that I don’t need to pair anything to my phone to get feedback. The light cues are enough and the timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth. My partner borrowed it once and now we share the base with different heads. Charging is simple and I’ve only topped it up twice in a month.

My wife can hear everything in the morning and this one is quiet enough that it doesn’t wake her up. I alternate between the clean and white modes and both leave my teeth feeling slick. The included heads are nice because I didn’t have to buy extras right away, and swapping them is simple. Customer support replied quickly when I asked about cleaning the handle, which was reassuring. I bought this after my old electric brush died mid trip, and the included travel case is what sold me. The sonic cleaning is strong but not harsh, and the soft head was perfect while my gums were a bit sore. I like that the pressure light nudges me to ease up. Not having an app is actually relaxing, just one button and a few modes. Battery life has been excellent with every other day charging not needed, I’m still on my first charge after 9 days.
