The different brush heads really do change the feel. I started with firm and switched to medium which felt more comfy but still strong. The timer nudges me every 30 seconds so I don’t rush the bottom teeth like I used to. Charges fast and hasn’t died on me yet.

As someone with a permanent retainer, this has been a lifesaver for keeping stuff from getting stuck. I run it along the gumline and you can literally feel it lifting out whatever sneaked in there.
