Little louder than my old brush but way better clean. Pressure alert is a nice touch and not annoying.

Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I switched from a basic manual brush after my hygienist suggested a sonic one, and this device made the change easy. The five modes keep it simple without being confusing, and I mostly stick to clean and sensitive. The pressure sensor light actually taught me to lighten my grip which stopped the gum tenderness I used to get. Charging is straightforward and I only plug it in every couple weeks. The included heads let me try different feels and I ended up loving the soft one.

I like the pressure light, it keeps me from going too hard. The travel case is nicer than I expected.

I switched from a basic manual brush and honestly did not expect such a difference. The sonic vibrations feel smooth and not harsh, and the pressure warning saved me from my bad habit of scrubbing. I use the clean mode in the morning and sensitive at night when my gums feel tender. The battery has gone 18 days so far on a single charge. I also appreciate the included heads since my husband prefers firm while I stick to soft. Easy choice over my old brand.

I bought this after my hygienist told me to stop grinding my toothbrush into my gums. The pressure sensor light is the hero here because it nudges me to back off without making me feel dumb. I swap between gentle in the morning and deep clean at night, and the included heads make that easy. The battery went 18 days on the first charge which was impressive. The travel case is slim enough for my carry on and survived a bumpy flight just fine. Simple, reliable, and my mouth feels fresher.

I set it to low for my kid and higher for me. Easy switch and solid pressure options.

Got it on a friend’s rec. Not fancy looking but it works very well and the pressure alert is helpful.

I’m a night shift nurse and I brush at weird hours, so a long battery is huge for me. I charged it once on Sunday and by Friday it was still strong. The medium head feels just right and the hum is not too loud for my sleeping partner. Real time pressure feedback is helpful when I’m half awake. My breath feels fresher through the night and I don’t wake with that fuzzy film anymore.

After two weeks I can say this cleans better than the fancy model I had before and it is quieter. The timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth without rushing. I used to overbrush my front teeth and the pressure alert made me notice that habit fast. Swapping between heads was easy and they click in tight. I like that the handle has a little grip so it doesn’t slide when my hands are wet.
