The icons for the modes are tiny and I keep guessing which is which. Once I’m brushing it’s okay, just wish the labels were clearer.

Customer support was surprisingly friendly when I asked about replacement heads. They answered in a few hours and pointed me to a bundle that fit our family. We share the handle and just switch heads which click on firmly. The sensor taught my husband to stop grinding the brush into his gums. We’re both seeing less bleeding and better breath in the morning.

Setup was easy even for my dad who hates new gadgets. He actually comments that his mouth feels cleaner, which I never hear from him. I noticed right away that the buzzing is smoother than my previous brand, less harsh on my ears. The pressure warning is subtle but effective and has definitely helped my gum health.
