It cleans well but the handle is a bit slippery when I lotion my hands and the charging cable could be longer. The travel case hinge also squeaks which bugs me more than it should.

I travel for work and wanted something reliable with a case that isn’t bulky. The case is sturdy and clicks shut so the head doesn’t pop off in my suitcase. Battery lasted the entire conference week with two brushes a day. The pressure sensor came on a few times at first and honestly taught me to relax my grip. It’s not fancy, but that’s why I like it. Press button, brush teeth, done.

I compared it to my older brand that had way too many settings and a complicated app. This one is a relief. Five modes is enough and the feedback light is the thing I actually needed. I rotate between soft and medium heads depending on if my gums feel tender. It’s quiet, and the charge cable fits on my bathroom shelf without hogging space. Took off one star because I wish the travel case had a tiny vent, but no big issue.

I’m a night shift nurse and I need quick, reliable stuff. This brush cuts my routine time because the pulses guide me through the quadrants and I don’t overthink it. It cleans fine but the travel case hinge feels flimsy and the handle rolls a bit on my sink. Also wish the power button was raised more, I miss it with wet hands.

I’ve tried two other sonic brushes and this one hits the balance of strong cleaning and easy controls. I don’t need an app or a million settings, just the five it has. The travel case came in clutch during a camping trip where I charged it once on a power bank. The soft head is awesome after dental work days. Customer service answered a quick question about replacement heads within an hour which was nice.
