How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?

I reached out to customer service with a quick question on cleaning the nozzle and they answered within a day, friendly and clear. I appreciate that. As for the unit, no leaks, solid build, and the tank size is good for one pass. It’s not silent but the sound is more of a hum. My hygienist noticed less buildup at my last visit.

Dentist told me to use lighter pressure and this made it easy. The red light kicks on if I push and I back off right away. My gums stopped feeling puffy in a few days. Battery life has been excellent and it rinses clean with no funky smell. The travel case is actually premium, not flimsy.

After a month of use I’m impressed. Morning coffee breath used to hang around and now it doesn’t. I keep pressure at 2 for daily use and bump to 4 after popcorn or chips. I’ve been using it for six weeks and the bristles are holding up better than my last brand. The firm head actually isn’t scratchy which surprised me. I like the simple click to change modes even if I sometimes overshoot. The case is slim and fits in my carry on pocket. Good buy.
