I have braces and was worried an electric brush would be too rough, but the soft head with sensitive mode is perfect. I can feel it get between the brackets better than my old one. The pressure light kicks on if I push, which keeps me from scraping my wires. The handle is easy to hold with wet hands. Very pleased with how clean my mouth feels.
