What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Ordered it during a weekend sale and it showed up fast in a tidy box. The travel case felt sturdier than expected and it kept everything together on a work trip. I prefer the medium head but my wife likes the soft one, so the included set was handy. Modes are easy to switch and not overwhelming. It is not the quietest brush I have owned, but it is smoother than my last one and leaves my mouth really clean.
