What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I travel for work and wanted something reliable with a case that isn’t bulky. The case is sturdy and clicks shut so the head doesn’t pop off in my suitcase. Battery lasted the entire conference week with two brushes a day. The pressure sensor came on a few times at first and honestly taught me to relax my grip. It’s not fancy, but that’s why I like it. Press button, brush teeth, done.

I compared it to my older brand that had way too many settings and a complicated app. This one is a relief. Five modes is enough and the feedback light is the thing I actually needed. I rotate between soft and medium heads depending on if my gums feel tender. It’s quiet, and the charge cable fits on my bathroom shelf without hogging space. Took off one star because I wish the travel case had a tiny vent, but no big issue.
