Setup was literally open the box and go. I tried all the modes but landed on clean as my daily and polish before weekend dinners when I’m feeling fancy. The medium head has the right balance without poking my gums. After three weeks my partner said my breath is fresher in the morning which was both rude and helpful. Only nitpick is I wish the charging cable was a bit longer, but it still fits on my tiny sink.
