What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Upgraded from a cheaper model and this feels more balanced in the hand. The motor is strong but not buzzy and the bristles don’t feel scratchy. I rotate the soft and medium heads and my sensitive teeth have calmed down. I also appreciate the simple lights for mode and pressure, no app to fuss with at 6 am. My only nit is the mode button could be a bit clickier, but overall I’m happy.

I’m a night shift nurse and sometimes I’m half asleep brushing. This thing basically babysits me. If I press too hard it flashes, then I back off. I like the medium head for everyday and run the deep clean on days after coffee and energy drinks. Feels clean without being buzzy loud.

It cleans well but the handle is a bit slippery when I lotion my hands and the charging cable could be longer. The travel case hinge also squeaks which bugs me more than it should.
