What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Our 10 year old got interested because of the lights and now he actually brushes for the full time. I set it to sensitive for him and standard for me and it holds the choice. I’m seeing less plaque at the gumline which was my main problem. The charger uses a regular cable so we didn’t lose it on vacation. Family win.

I have braces and most brushes either rattle the brackets or miss stuff, but this one finds a nice middle ground. The small pulses remind me to move around my mouth so I don’t camp out on one spot. I called support to ask about head replacements and they replied fast and friendly. Haven’t had any issues with the charger or the button. Very satisfied so far.
