I have sensitive gums on the lower left and usually dread mornings. With this one I tap to sensitive mode and it feels gentle but still thorough. After dinner I switch to the higher setting and it lifts the stubborn spots around my molars. The handle is a nice matte feel so it does not slip when wet.
