How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I got this for my dad who has arthritis and struggles with manual brushing. The vibrations do the work so he just guides it, and the bigger handle is easier for him to hold. He likes that it alerts him when he pushes too hard since he can’t always feel it. We keep the soft head on and use the regular clean mode. Happy with the purchase for him and for me when I borrow it.

I was skeptical about multiple modes but now I switch them depending on coffee days. The cleaning feels thorough without scratching enamel. The handle is easy to wipe dry and doesn’t show water spots. I like being able to pick a softer head when my mouth is sore after the dentist. Strong buy from me.

I’m a night shift nurse and sometimes all I want is fast and clean before crashing. Two minutes with the deep mode really does it for me, and the timer actually keeps me honest. I like that I can swap to gentle after a rough coffee fueled week when my gums feel tender. My roommate borrowed it once and bought her own. We share the charger on the kitchen counter.

My son has sensory issues and hates loud buzzing, so I was nervous. This one is quiet enough that he tolerates it and even laughs at the little pauses between sections. We tried the firm head for me and the soft for him, and both work well. Battery life is strong, we charged once in three weeks.
