I had a cheaper flosser before that felt like a toy and the battery died every few days. This one feels sturdier and the stream is more focused so I do not spray the whole mirror. It took me a couple nights to learn to close my lips more and control the angle. Now I can do my whole mouth in about a minute and a half.
