What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m sensitive to noise and this one is not loud. The vibrations feel more like a hum. The two minute timer with subtle pauses has me actually brushing evenly for once. After a month my gums bleed less and my breath is better in the morning.

The mode options actually make sense. Sensitive isn’t too weak and deep clean isn’t harsh. I like the quiet buzz and the gentle pauses. The included heads are a nice starter set so you can figure out what works. For me, medium on weekdays and firm on Sundays. No complaints.
