I emailed support to ask about replacement tips and they responded same day with a link and simple instructions. That was a good sign to me. Performance wise it’s strong enough to feel like it’s doing something without making my gums angry. I like the clicky feel when rotating the nozzle because it stays where I put it. Packing it for a weekend away was easy with the included pouch.

I bought it right before a work trip and used it in a hotel with no problems. The pouch kept everything tidy and I didn’t feel weird tossing it in my carry on. We have a tiny sink in our apartment and this fits right on the shelf without looking messy. I use it on level 3 and my husband prefers level 1 since he has sensitive gums. I got this after my hygienist suggested trying a water flosser and I’m honestly impressed. The different pressure levels matter more than I expected because my gums are sensitive in some spots and tougher in others. I start on level 2 then bump to 4 for the back teeth and it really rinses out the little seeds that always get stuck.
