How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle is a bit slippery with wet hands. Works ok but I wish it had a tiny rubber grip.

After my hygienist told me I was brushing too hard I looked for something with feedback. This one gently alerts me when I press down too much and I’ve already noticed less soreness along my gumline. I like having five modes but I mostly use sensitive in the morning and deep clean at night. It’s quiet, the vibrations feel smooth, and it looks tidy on the bathroom shelf.

I had a small issue with a stuck cap on one brush head and support sent me a replacement pack right away. Using the soft head in the morning and firm at night works for me. It is quiet enough that my early routine does not wake my kid. The handle feels smooth but grippy when wet. Teeth feel squeaky clean after two minutes.

My teen daughter borrowed it and now she reminds me to charge it which is funny because it almost never needs it. She likes the whitening setting and I prefer the standard clean. We both appreciate the medium head the most. The device feels solid in the hand and the vibrations are even. Happy with the purchase.

As someone with braces years ago I am picky about brushing and this hits the mark. The timer and pulse make me slow down and actually cover everything. The polish mode after curry night makes a big difference, I can feel it. Charging is quick and I only need it every couple of weeks. I like that it came with three head options in the box.

The pacing bumps make it easy to do top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left without watching a timer. My husband presses too hard and the light blinks at him which he pretends to ignore, but he’s brushing better now. We each picked a brush head firmness and wrote initials with a marker. Stays charged, stands sturdy, cleans thoroughly.
