What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

The handle is a little slippery with toothpaste foam for me. I added a rubber band and it’s better, but for the price it should be grippier.

I have crowns and a sensitive spot near the gum line. The gentle setting glides over those areas without that zing feeling. After a month my gums look pinker and the floss slides easier. The motor feels strong but controlled. I would buy this again as a gift for my mom.
