How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

My boyfriend laughed at me for buying another electric brush then he used it once and asked me to order him one. The clean feeling lasts through the afternoon which I never noticed before. I like the medium head for weekdays and switch to firm after popcorn night. The little pause every 30 seconds is helpful. Great buy.

This device finally got my 9 year old to brush without complaining. He thinks the different modes are fun and the soft head is gentle enough for him. I listen for the buzz that tells him to switch sections and we race the timer together. His last checkup was the best he has had. I ordered extra heads so we can share the handle when we travel.

I bought one for me and one for my mom and she texted me saying her gums do not bleed anymore which is huge for her. I use the whitening mode before bed and it feels like a deeper scrub without being scratchy. The battery meter is clear and accurate so I am not guessing. I also like the matte finish which hides water spots. Would purchase again as a gift.

I have braces and flossing is a war so having a brush that gets around wires matters a lot. The slim neck reaches well and the stronger mode clears food bits fast. I also like that it pauses every 30 seconds so I remember to switch sides. It charges on my USB hub next to my phone which keeps my counter clean. Totally satisfied so far.
