What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Customer service was quick when I asked about replacement heads. They pointed me to a bundle and it shipped fast. The brush itself feels premium without any learning curve. Finally a toothbrush that doesn’t try to sell me subscriptions. The included heads lasted longer than I expected and the motor still feels strong. I like the clean and polish modes most. It’s simple, reliable, and looks nice enough on the counter.
