What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought this for my dad who hates complicated gadgets. He figured it out in five minutes. The handle has a good weight and doesn’t feel cheap. He uses the standard mode while I tried the whitening and actually noticed a bit of brightness on my front teeth. We both like that it warns if you press too hard because he has receding gums. Charging is simple with the included cable and the battery holds up well between visits.
