The first thing I noticed was the balance of the handle, not slippery in the shower and easy to hold when my hands are soapy. I use the two minute timer and move quadrant to quadrant with the little pulse it gives, which weirdly makes me brush longer than before. The cleaning power feels strong on the deep setting but it does not rattle my fillings like my last sonic brush did. I also appreciate the long battery because I camp often and I only pack the case and a cable. After three weeks my tongue feels cleaner and coffee stains are fading.
