How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Shipping was quick and the box had everything laid out simple, three heads plus the case. I like the smooth finish on the handle and the button is easy to press even with wet hands. I brush while my toddler plays with the empty box which is a win for me. Cleaning power is strong but not harsh and the different modes actually feel different. After a month my gums look calmer and breath stays fresher longer.
