What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m a coffee drinker and I used to get that filmy feel mid afternoon. After two weeks with this I notice it a lot less. I like that the modes are distinct without being confusing. The button cycles smoothly and the handle is balanced so my wrist doesn’t get tired. Battery life has been excellent and the included three heads helped me test what I prefer without buying extras right away. I’m sticking with the medium head for now.

Bought it for college since dorm bathrooms get gross and I wanted a case. The premium case actually feels sturdy and kept my spare heads separated so they didn’t pick up lint. I like having five modes even if I mostly use two, and I switch to the firm head before interviews to feel extra clean. It’s quiet enough that my roommate doesn’t complain. Zero learning curve which I love.
