What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m on aligners and needed something that gets around the attachments. The tapered bristles on the medium head worked better than I expected, and the deep mode clears off the sticky spots after coffee. I wish the included manual went into more detail about how long each mode runs, but I figured it out with the pulses. No irritation, no weird plastic smell, just a solid brush.

I read a few reviews before buying and honestly the customizable modes are what sold me. I like polish mode before video calls because it leaves everything slick, then I use gentle at night when I’m tired. The handle has a nice weight so it doesn’t feel cheap, and the bristles on the medium head hit the gumline just right. After a month my gums don’t bleed at all and the coffee stains on my front teeth look lighter. Worth it.
