What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m not great at brushing evenly so the little pauses that tell you to switch areas are perfect for me. After two weeks my teeth feel smoother along the gum line which is where I usually miss. I called customer support with a question about brush head replacements and they were friendly and quick to answer. The firm head is nice after pizza nights when everything feels sticky. It’s a simple tool that I actually look forward to using.

I have sensitive spots on one side and this lets me dial down just for that area. The sensor teaches you a lighter touch and I actually like that challenge. Battery life is honestly better than expected. My sister asked why my teeth look shinier which made my day. The medium head is the winner for me.
