How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m that person who wants a clean but not a bunch of features I won’t use. This hits that balance. Five modes are there if I need them, but daily mode plus the soft head is my routine. My gums look less red now. I like not having to sign into anything to brush. Charging has been painless and I don’t think about it much.

I bit down too hard the first time and it buzzed at me which made me laugh, then I realized I’ve been brushing wrong for years. The medium head plus daily mode just works. The grip is comfy and the whole thing rinses clean. Feels like a small upgrade that I actually notice morning and night.
