What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I share the handle with my partner and we each use our own heads which click on securely. The firm head is a bit too much for me, so I use medium on the standard mode and that combo is perfect. The light that warns you about pressure comes on if I get distracted scrolling which keeps me honest. Even the travel case has room for extra heads. Not the cheapest, but feels well made.

Had a chat with customer service about how often to replace the heads and they were friendly and clear. The device itself is super straightforward, one button to cycle modes and a long press to turn off which I learned by accident. The sensitive mode was a lifesaver after a filling, then I went back to normal. Battery life is excellent and the handle doesn’t slip even with toothpaste foam everywhere. My teen stole it twice so I ended up ordering another.
