I switched from string floss because my gums were getting sore and honestly I was skipping nights. This device made it easier for me to stay consistent. I start on level 2 then bump to 3 for the back teeth, and the pulse jet gets little food bits my floss always missed. The tip rotates so I can angle it behind my lower retainer. Battery has gone 10 days so far and I just dry it and stick it in the pouch when I travel.
