What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

After two weeks I can say my sensitive gums have calmed down a lot. I used to get a bit of bleeding with other brands but not with this one because the pressure light warns me right away. The included soft, medium, and firm heads made it easy to test what I like, and I ended up staying with medium. Charging is simple and the cable sits by my sink without taking space. For travel, the case kept the bristles clean in my backpack.
