How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

The polish mode after a garlicky dinner is my new habit. My breath and mouth feel cleaner and my partner noticed. Charging is not a hassle, I plug it in while I shower and it tops up quick. The soft bristles are gentle around my crowns which was my main worry.

I’m a nurse on nights and sometimes I crash without brushing, not proud. This made me weirdly excited to stick to my routine. My daughter has braces and this brush gets around the brackets way better than our old one. We swapped to the soft head for her and it still gets everything without poking her gums. I like that we can share the handle and keep our own heads, makes the cost feel fair. Charging is easy on the bathroom outlet and we only plug it in every 10 days.

I bought this for my college kid and ended up getting one for myself after trying it. It’s quiet enough not to wake anyone, the timer pulses are clear, and the clean feels thorough without leaving my gums angry. I like that it comes with soft, medium, and firm heads because I wasn’t sure what I’d prefer. The medium won.
