What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Customer service was helpful when I asked about extra heads and they pointed me to the right pack. The unit itself is straightforward, one button to cycle modes and it remembers the last. I use deep clean on nights I ate too many snacks and the rest of the time I’m on standard. It has a little weight but not heavy, just enough that it doesn’t rattle in my hand. Quiet enough to brush while my baby naps.
